Orders & approval
Cards are custom-manufactured from the design you approve. Once an order enters printing it can't be changed or cancelled. Prices, minimum quantities and bulk discounts shown at checkout apply at the moment of ordering.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos and artwork you upload, and that rosters you upload (e.g. student lists) were collected lawfully. We may decline to print content that is unlawful or infringing.
Review & revisions
Our graphics team may request design changes before printing. Orders awaiting your revision stay on hold until you resubmit.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. For cash-on-delivery orders, work starts immediately and payment is due on delivery.
Defects & liability
Defective or damaged orders are reprinted or refunded (see the Help centre for the process). Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
