Shipping
Delivery across India
Orders ship by tracked courier once printing completes. Flat-rate shipping applies to small orders; larger orders ship free — the exact threshold is shown at checkout and on the pricing page. You'll get an email when your order is dispatched.
Returns
Reprints & returns
Because every card is custom-printed, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your cards arrive damaged or with a printing defect, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number — we'll reprint or refund. Your design is approved by you before printing, so what you approve is what we print.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does printing take?
- Most orders are reviewed within one business day and printed within 2–3 business days after design approval. You can follow every step on your order page.
- What happens after I place an order?
- Our graphics team reviews your design for print problems (resolution, safe areas, colour). If something needs a change, you get the notes on your order page, fix it in the designer and resubmit with one click.
- What is the minimum order?
- The current minimum is shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Bulk discounts apply automatically as quantity grows.
- Do you print chip cards?
- Yes — RFID (125 kHz / 13.56 MHz) and NFC (NTAG216) cards, with or without printing on top. Blank chip cards can be ordered directly from the pricing page without a design.
- Can I order cards for my whole school or company at once?
- Yes. For student IDs, upload your student list as a CSV in the designer — one card per student, quantity set automatically.
- How do I pay?
- Online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) or cash on delivery. Work on your order starts as soon as payment is confirmed (immediately for COD).
